What Happened in Philadelphia Police Shooting Video?
The incident occurred on Monday, October 25, 2023, around 4 p.m. in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of West Philadelphia. According to the police, they received a call about a domestic disturbance involving a man with a knife.
